I posted a photo of my Rogers 10-12 radio in April finds and losses and now I thought I would share what the inside looked like after I opened it.. It looks worse than it is .. None of the wire had been chewed,so I just had to clean it out and spray to get rid if the slight smell.
It was all very dry and fluffy, Image

Good that there was little damage. I've had sets where the wires and even the outside of caps were chewed off, and all the rust from you know what.

Not too bad, But that board with all the caps behind it look annoying,
I got this nice stewart warner last year and it was packed! Must have been 6 wires completely gone and several chewed through at only 1 end,
Yet I cleaned it out and got it playing really well.
Glad to see that there was no damage on yours ! ! !
Peter

Not to change the topic, but my Dad had a mouse trap itself in his car heater
duct one summer. Don't know what it cost him to get that cleaned up, but
it was worth it!

I've dealt with a lot of mouse nest problems, but thankfully never in a radio.
So far.

Nelson
