"Collector's Guide" #5 lists this as a 1940 model with a value of $100-120. I don't have a picture of it but this would seem like a proper retail value for such a set. Not sure how rare it is but pre-war FM sets aren't the most common around.<P>Before trying it you should have the capacitors replaced-at least the electrolytics. My experience is that they will usually power up without drama but there is a very real potential that a bad capacitor could do major damage to other components.
