I have obtained my childhood truetone D1046 and the record changer is missing. Any ideas where/how I can get another one?

If you need the record changer info/photo, it is indexed in Sams Photofacts 75-11,
dated 1949.
It doesn't give the manufacturer name, though.

As to finding another, search for another Truetone that might be sold
for parts, and has the same changer. E-pay, CL, et cetera.
Good luck,
H

Is this your record changer?

Unfortunately I don't recognize it, and the 192 prefix relates only to General Laminated Products Inc (fabricator of mechanical/metalwork components).

Greg.

If that is the correct changer, I have one I would love to get rid of. Needs some TLC though. I believe the one in the link above to be a General Industries changer.

I sent a PM on this subject but don't see a reply yet. I have a changer that needs some TLC, you can have it if you pay shipping.
