Hello folks, I happend to have this Westinghouse model r785 radio with turntable but missing, and I would like to refurbish it and want to know more about it. I need the picture of the dial glass that is missing. Since I am a silkscreener Iwant to print myself a perfect repro. Like I mention in an other message I am also looking for GE jk96 dial glass, it could be a very good picture or a complete broken one that I could use to print one. Please contact me on my e-mail;leandre_marceau@hotmail.com. I thank you in advance. If anyone is in need of a rework of dial glass of any kind could also contact me. I can do repro of etched brass, copper, stainless steel also.

Hi Leonard, If you can print off dial scales just like the originals, I am positive you would have a great business opportunity here on the forum. Most of us look for a junk set, or try and make a decal to transfer onto a glass. Of course, white printing is not possible unless one owns the obsolete ALPS printer. Another factor was always the cost of setup and the process itself.
Can you silk screen very small numbers and details? Are you able to post some of your screening on glass or plastic? Thanks!
