HAVE YOUR LOCAL PRINTER MAKE A NUMBER OF PRINTED IMPRESSIONS CONTINOUS ON GUMMED PAPER. USE AN OLD WRAPPER BE IT SPRAGUE OR WHAT YOU HAVE. YOU MIGHT USE A .047 IN PLACE OF A .05 TO MAKE IT LOOK MORE ORIGINAL. YOU MIGHT USE A COUPLE OF LINES PARALLEL ON EACH SIDE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO CUT TO THE CORRECT LENGHT. CUT THE LABEL A LITTLE LONGER THAN IT NEEDS TO BE, MOISTEN AND FIT IT AROUND THE "CHINESE YELLOW" CAPACITOR OR WHAT EVER YOU ARE USING. SEAL THE ENDS WITH A DAB OF COLORED HOT GLUE. IF YOU WANT TO GO FIRST CLASS, GET A NUMBER OF PLAIN PAPER TUBES FROM YOUR LOCAL TUBE DEALER AND USE THEM IN PLACE OF THE CAPACITORS. SEE MY ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITORS 5/8" BY 3" AND 3 1/4" WHICH ARE DONE THE SAME WAY. (dialcover.com)

A Brother P-Touch looks like it would do nicely in making "wraps". The labels also come in different colors and widths and the P-Touch has lots of different fonts.

THE P-TOUCH AND SIMILIAR MAKE GOOD MARKERS FOR TUBES AND OTHER THINGS BUT ARE NOT GOOD FOR CAPACITORS. THE LETTERING IS TOO LARGE FOR CAPACITORS AND OTHER THINGS THAT MAY NEED SOMETHING SMALLER.

Depends on how big your caps are. P-Touch makes labels as wide as 1.5" and uses fonts as small as you like. My calculations show you could make labels for caps as large as slightly less than 1/2 in in diameter - not enough for the bigger ones but good for the medium size and smaller.

I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU A SUITABLE ALTERNATIVE WITH MY COMMENTS ABOUT THE P-TOUCH. I USE A PROFESSIONAL ADDRESS LABEL AVAILABLE IN CLEAR AND WHITE WITH THE CONTENTS LISTED THE LONG WAY ON THE CABLE. THAT WAY THE LISTING IS THE SAME AS ON A STANDARD LABEL. YOU CAN SEE HOW THE LOOK AT MY WEBSITE. dialcover.com
