That metal ring on the tail end of the Webley....... Handy for hanging it from a hook on the wall.... Next to head of your bed.

Not that I'd know anything about this...

Now I enjoy this hobby as much as anyone else, but draw the line at soldering irons in the bedroom... :D

Likely a Webley .38 holster, since you are in Canada.
I was just reading an article on them this morning.

I liked to use the old neck support from B&W TV sets. They had rubber coated edges and were just the right size for a soldering iron or a drill motor.
Also made a great cup holder, if you have a huge cup. One of mine will hold a Super Big Gulp size cup.
