The first one is a model 130A

https://offerup.com/item/detail/360668005/?ref=Search

The second one is a model 102

Both have the pair of 45s, so they are probably worth the asking price.

hopefully the variable caps are in good shape. too many have bad pot metal issues.

They sound amazing when restored!

What's their approximate resale value when restored? I want to buy one and work on it, but sell it when I am done. I know there's not much of a market for these right now.

Probably about the same as the value of all the tubes in the radio.

If you *want* to work on it, then just go get one and work on it.

Does it really matter if you buy it for $60, spend $25 on parts, and can only sell it for $40? You spent $45 net to do something you wanted to do. And hopefully saved a radio in the process.

Still a pretty cheap hobby, IMO. A lot cheaper than lift tickets at a ski resort.

It probably would be nice to work on one, but I'm too busy right now, and I already have a good amount of incoming projects/repairs.

I'm not sure about the second one. I saw the same radio on letgo a few months ago, but the seller had a different name. However, it is located in the same place. A friend of mine is interested in radio restoration, so maybe I can teach him with one of these radios.

Edit: Part of the grille on the 102 is broken.
