One screen shot shows the owners manual and it says model 300H and calls it a Concert Grande-I wonder if the owner also had a 1958 CG as that was what I thought the late '50s CG model was.
My Windsor Imperial is just like this and has the $1500 Stephens horn.

I see this one has the later 4 knob across the bottom row which means it has the newer FM band on it

What I don't understand is why would anyone want to look at knotty pine, over beautiful mahogany?

Was trying to figure out why it said 300H, but said Concert Grand and not Windsor Imperial. The Concert Grands are the 1ST800 and 1ST801.

I think you're right, the family likely had both at some point.

There was also an earlier circa 1957 or so 300H and a circa 1958 295 Concert Grande-I have had both of them in addition to the later 1st8001 I currently have in addition to the Windsor Imperial
