The recordings are really good quality. I used to buy cassettes from Steve years ago and they were always top quality. Quite an impressive collection. I guess he's retiring?

My 3200 collection of otr went into a dumpster and cost me $52 to get rid of. No one wanted them!!! :)

That was my impression as well but amazingly they sold. Even more amazingly since nearly every surviving episode of every surviving show has be re-transcribed off the original sources restored and put on CD/the web.

Years ago I would've loved to have that collection, but nowadays there are just so many great sites on the Net with a huge number of classic shows. You could listen to one a day for years without repeat! It's not worth taking-up all that space with those cassettes.
