I have never seen one of these in my 25 years of collecting radios and I primarily only buy tube novelty radios. Do you think it’s original was made in store? It looks professional. I have never seen another one like it online or in any of my books. It appears to be an RCA 87y chassis

Does your console only have three knobs? It looks like had to modify the chassis and make some shafts dual purpose. It looks they covered one of the holes on the front.

On the left there is an inner and outer knob (on/off volume and tone). That knob set matches the single knob on the right (band). Center knob is tuning. All factory original and symmetrical.
