A local auction house has a 4 piece console setup for auction tonight. (the 4th piece is a separate record cabinet)

There are 2 large square floor cabinet speakers with Bozak 207's in them and a matching console cabinet with an HH Scott tube stereo setup that is either a model 340 or a 380 as they were both mentioned in the owners brochure. All original paper work was there too.

The speakers appear to be 15" with 2 small tweeters in the big cone.
Are these of any major value ?? Its a 600 pm auction and late for me if I go.
I am not really into this late 50's 60's stuff

Thoughts anyone on their value or quality ?

Don't know if I'm to lae, but $1000 wouldn't beto much if you can haul it away yourself.

Get them ASAP if they are not ridiculously expensive . From what I understand the Bozak speakers sound very good and of course HH Scott definitely sounds good.

If it is indeed the 380 receiver in the console get it as that receiver is quite rare according to that website.

i own a scott 340 and its one of my all time favorites! definatly worth snagging!!

If it's a 380 it would be worth getting. It's a pretty rare model (AM and FM). The 340B, although not as rare, is also a very nice one too. The Bozak is a nice find as well.

Price is always commensurate with condition. Since you dont know the state of the electronics you have to assume that there may be issues to fix. If it were me I wouldn't pay more than $500 for the whole lot....but if it all worked it would be worth much more.
