I recently got my hands on a pair of UTC LS-58 output transformer and plan to use them with PPP 6B4G's . The output inpeadance is 2500 Ohm CT or 1500 ohm CT what other output tube could be used with out using four of them , i know PPP 5881's or 6L6GC would work but is there someting that would work into 3K PP that won't go over 40 watts .

Hey Mark- that LS-58 with the weight written in sharpie (sorry about that) looks familiar.
Good Luck with your amp project, I'm glad I was able to provide you with one of the LS-58's.
They are one beautiful looking output transformer aren't they?
Send me a list of other Transformers you are looking for so I can keep an eye out for ya.

Thanks
Kevin

No, since there are two triodes in each bulb, only two tubes would be needed per channel.
