Hello everyone,I came across this site after getting fed up with ebay and its silly rules IE: I can only sell up to $1000 dollars in a 30 day period,pay pal holding my funds for 30 days ????
what the hell is that all about?... Anyway I have a gem of a radio that I am sure many of you will love to know about. Its a 1931 Westinghouse WR-8 its the Canadian version called the columaire and has birds eye maple inlay below the clock and above the clock. I inherited the radio from a relative who knows I have a passion for home audio....I however do not collect radio's. Old JBL speakers and Leak Amp's gear get me excited but not the radio's. The radio is in excellent overall condition,tubes we're tested and are running from 60% to 70%. Its takes a moment to warm up but after that it works fine. It has been in the same corner of the house it came out of since 1940.Feel free to contact me for pics and info and Thankyou for your time.

yes thats it except theres a birds eye maple inlay....let me try to up load a photo
