As the title says, I'm looking for a SG3501AN 14 pin dip package dual voltage tracking regulator. It's a +15/-15 volt regulator.

I'm trying to repair my Fluke 5200A AC calibrator and this part is faulty.
Fluke part#: 339770

I only need one but would like to get 2 or 3 of them as spares.

Thanks,
Tony

In most 5200A's, I've seen the SG3501AT mounted on a 14 pin header and used as a replacement. Apparently, Fluke had more of the can style and used them for their internal repairs. Both are like hens's teeth.

Fluke tried a mod kit with the MC1468L, not sure if that is still available. Similar architecture, just a different pin-out IIRC.

Tomorrow, at work, I can access a database with Fluke/89536 substitution/supercession data...it'll also point out any other models that used the native Fluke part number.

EDIT:TYPO

SG3501AJ is the ceramic version of the SG3501AN. Tek uses it in several instruments, under their part number 156-0208-00 and -01.

There is one vendor selling the 156-0208-00:

http://www.smcelectronics.com/tekpart.htm - about halfway down the page. No affiliation, just a Google hit that showed in stock. 90% of the google hits showed no stock.

Here's Tek's usage of the 3501AJ in the AM503 amplifier:
