Price is $175 for all items including ARBE III BATTERY REPLACEMENT. PICKUP ONLY CANNOT SHIP!

I have 4 of these radios to offer and would like to sell them as a group. These antique radios represent the initial steps in radio technology. I am also offering in this price a ARBE III (google it) battery replacement that simplifies the power connection.

1. Radiola AR-812 which was thought to be a portable radio in the time...but it would have been heavy and awkward when you consider the heavy batteries needed! The radio works well when hooked up to the ARBE III. This is the first example of a superheterodyne radio that revolutionized radio technology. Radiola was the precursor to RCA.

2. Day Fan Model OEM-7 or 5106 ... a working 4 01A tube radio from 1924 manufactured by General Motors.

3. Freshman Masterpiece... a beautiful working radio from 1925 and complete with all 01A tubes.

4. Splitdorf RV-695...this is a rare find indeed and a company that was associated with Albert Edison. A beautiful radio from 1925 that sold for $95 back then...a lot of money!!!

These are multi dial radios that were state of the art then. This means that the operator adjusted the two or three dials to get reception.
