Here's a couple photos of my newest tube stand idea.
You might have seen the white plastic things I've used
that were intended to support pizza box lids. I can't
find the box holding about 500 of them so I had to come
up with something else so I made this one.
The 2" wooden disk come from a local craft store and the
upright pins are bamboo skewers from the party store, I bought
a package of 100 of them that are 8" long, so it'll make
a bunch of tube stands.
So far I've only made 2 of them, I have to make a jig...
oops sorry FIXTURE so I put the pin holes in the same place
every time. Once I get set up I can knock out
a couple hundred pretty quick.

I also finished to tube display on the back of the bookcase,
I put up shelf number 3 this afternoon just as a new local
ham operator and his dad the antique dealer pulled in the
driveway for a visit.

File comment: looks like it needs another coat of paint :)

Are you going to restore the desk-stand phone?

Your radio room as incredible. What a great space to kick back with the beverage of you choice and just admire the beauty.
