The Taylor T21 is essentially a 6L6G on a 6pin base. Taylor omits the beam-forming plates on their basing diagram, but they ARE there. The T21 has a 6B basing, the same as a type 41 (except the 41 it a true pentode..) So...
Set up the filament and selector switches like a type 41, then the bias shunt, and range switches like a 6L6. Test buttons and minimum as per 6L6 also. This yields...
T21 6.3 GR4-2350 23 - D 3 40
