You need to buy two discrete replacement capacitors. You can use a 47 mf to rreplace the 50 and a 33 mf to replace the 30, as these are modern values. Observe the polarity. The original has a common negative, and you will make it so by joining the negative wires of the new replacement capacitors together. Cut the old part out and discard it.
