I have several CRC-808 tubes. I have the RCA data sheet with the pinout and specs. My tube tester I think will choke on the 7.5Volt 4.0 Amp filament requirement. I'd like to do a basic test so I can verify more than just filament continuity. I'm willing to make a jig.
No way you want to screw up a typical tube tester. If you plan to actually use these old tubes, contact local Ham or radio clubs. Try the boatanchors forum here.

Broken wire you see may be filament. It breaks very easily in these tubes. Even though bad these tubes have value for display. How else can a person get a tennis ball tube for display?

I have 8 of them. I can clearly see the grid coil move in some of them and see its missing bits. I think all but one show an open filament so the filaments could also be the bits I see loose. I stuck all 8 as a lot onto Ebay as display tubes so hope someone will enjoy them!
