I'm pretty sure the EM35 will test the same way as a EM34. So, for the EM34...

Filament = 6.3
Selectors - JR-4507-0
Bias = Variable (see notes)
English = 100
Press P5

Notes
Connect two 1 Meg resistors from plate jack to pins 3 and 6, respectively, of any convenient test socket. Set Micromhos switch to English. Eye 1 closes at bias of about 30 & Eye 2 closes at about bias of 55

My note about eye tubes on Hickoks - I do not know of any Hickok tester that tests the triode section of an eye tube. This is presumably because failure of the triode is very uncommon compared to failure/weakening of the target.
