I've always had this problem with the search function: when I search for an author, subject or key words, and after clicking on the first item, I hit the back button and I get an error message 'page has expired'. Then the search information is lost; I have to do a search all over again, with the same results.
Why?

I have the same problem. I can only read the first item.
Then, presssing the back page button reveals nothing and I need to resubmit my search to retrieve the listings again.

I just searched for you, and read the first entry, and paged back here.

Yes, it would be nice if you could go back to the search results list but it doesn't. It also doesn't seem to search for words in the topic titles.

When you hit the back button and get the expired page hit the reload button, then hit the resend information button when it prompts you. I just tried it and it works.

OK, I just did a couple of Keyword searches and each one let me select a thread and the back button took me back to the screen with the search results. I'm using Firefox so that might have a bearing on it.
I usually don't use the forum search so perhaps it just started acting up. I usually use Google's advanced search feature. Under Advanced Search enter antiqueradios.com/forums in the "Search within a site or domain" box near the bottom.

To get around this, I always right click on the item and select "open in new tab".

So why all the procedures for a simple search? Can't this be fixed?
