1-You must be "logged in" to the gallery. Logging in to the forums does not mean you are logged in to the gallery.

2-Then you must click on the particular album inside of the gallery that you wish to add a pic.

Only after doing steps 1 and 2 do you reach the starting line for adding pictures.

I have done both of those things. But when you get to the albulm, how do you add your pic!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you are in a photo album, look for a link labeled "Add Items".
Click that and give it a try.

Add items isn't there!!!! If it helps, I'm lables as display mode- (screen name)- guest. It's located at the bottom right of the page.

You're not logged into the Gallery.

A number of people have the same problem as you, and nobody seems to have the answer. It works fine here, except that I can't add photos to a few particular sections.

When you are properly logged in, the Login will change to Your account, and Logout.

Once Logged in you will indeed see the add items button (text) when you go to the album.
