I suppose the judge who decided this would have taken the hat from Frosty and would have given it back to Professor Hinkle.

Do a google search, use one of their names. That's how I found them originally. It was a while ago before the outcome. There's a bunch of stories now but as Nick said, they update them and most are talking about the judges decision now. Originally they were talking about the "Second Chance" pail or jar, not a trash can.
