I just heard from a friend of Hank Brazeal's that Hank had a stroke about a month ago that affected mainly his memory rather than his mobility. Unfortunately his wife also recently had a stroke, and Hank's condition has worsened somewhat after this. He won't be working on speakers in the near future, and possibly might have to retire from speaker repair permanently.

I'm sure Hank would love to hear from his friends on ARF. His address is:

Hank Breazeal
3850 Galleria Woods Drive #8
Hoover, Alabama 35244.

Thanks Bob

Sorry to hear about Hank. Over the years I've been in contact with him.

I am very sorry to read this about Hank.

In a radio collecting world where there are known know-it-all's with unverifiable bona fides and an all too often "I am always right" mentality, Hank is a breathe of fresh air. He is always polite; always friendly - who else sends a picture of themselves with the completed work; always spot on with repairs and very quick to return them.

I greatly enjoy our "discussions" on the phone prior to his agreeing to repair a speaker and/or speakers. We need more like him!

BR,

Terry

Hank is the Master Reconer. He has repaired a few of my toughest cases.
