In May I received notice that Kodak has sold off the online Kodak Gallery to Shutterfly.com. July 1st it will close and all photos, 5 billion of them, will be transferred to Shutterfly. They did mention it might take months.

No problem for me in that photos of family etc are burned onto a cd rom. I use Kodak gallery for ebay photos for selling 78's. I have lots of 78's listed, 1200+, so I don't want to lose the photos posted on my listings. I think once they are posted on Ebay it's in thier system so they won't go away. Is this correct?
My question is this: I take pictures with my Kodak Easyshare camera and I plug in the USB cord into the camera and the camera loads the pictures to Kodak Gallery. After July 1st will my camera then download the photos onto Shutterfly? I have an active account now with Shutterfly so Kodak can link the two accounts for transfer. Maybe a stupid question but I am just nervous about it. 78 selling is a good second income for us. Not a stupid question though if I learn something from it.
Here is the link for Kodak Gallery. I have searched and searched for my answer to no avail. Thanks in advance.
