Instant panic.

Turns out the guy is looking for an AM/FM radio for his classic 63 Buick and was inquiring about purchasing one. Happen to have one working minus the radio faceplate. If a replacement faceplate is ever found for sure he will be the first one to get it.

Yeah, that's weird. Did he introduce himself along the lines of "Hi, this is Bob from the IRS..."? I was taught a long time ago that you don't use your professional credentials unless it's pertinent to the conversation. If I called you from work I wouldn't say "Hey, this is Tim from Deluxe Film!" Why would you care?

Nah! The caller ID showed up as an IRS number.

He addressed himself to Bill The Radio Guy (moi) on voicemail.
