Greetings to the Forum:

When cleaning out my messages folder, I noticed a communication with W7TFO, Dennis concerning his offer of some TV-7 parts for the cost of postage. I sent him a nominal amount for postage but I remembered when cleaning out the message storage that I never received the parts.

I posted a PM to him but it is still waiting pickup. Has anyone heard from him lately? Is he Ill?

I hope he is OK.

Thanks,

Sometimes he takes time in getting packages out - he never forgets.

I will have to add, I've dealt with Dennis several times and he has never sent what he promised.

Always more!

Greetings to the Forum:

OK, thanks. I am in no rush for the parts; they will go in my spares stock for my TV-7. I was primarily concerned that he might have fallen ill or passed on.... there is too much of that happening on this Forum for my taste. :(

Regards,

Same here. I asked about an item he had promised to ship more than a week before and he got very short with me, stating that he was busy with family. I won't deal with him again.

Apparently your experience with Dennis was different from mine, John.

What my post was intended to mean was that Dennis always included extra goodies in with whatever we were dealing on.

Dennis has always been a pleasure to deal with in my several encounters and I'd deal with him again in a heartbeat.
