Welcome to the second largest Hamfest in the US. Orlando Hamcation. Second only to the Dayton Ohio Hamfest in May.

This show is Friday afternoon Feb 11th, Saturday Feb 11th and Sunday the 12th .. DO NOT plan on coming Sunday. Do come either Friday or Saturday. Yes this is a Hamfest. So you will find lots of Ham Radio equipment for sale. A fair amount of Computer equipment. You will also find vendors selling parts and you will find a few vendors selling Antique Radios. Admission to this show is $13.00 if you buy your ticket ahead of time or pay $15 at the gate when you arrive. It is at the Orange County Fairgrounds. on Colonial also known as highway 50 in Orlando.

I have attended this show every year for the last 15 years and never been disappointed yet. Yes, I am a HAM radio operator. I also am very much into Antique Radios. The show will have three inside buildings full of vendors plus a large tailgate outside setup. nearly as many outside sellers as inside sellers.
TWO Tube dealers are always setup at this show. ESRC Tubes Stan Winston will be in the first building about the middle of the building and Jim Cross Jim will be in the third building about midway along the farthest wall in his normal spot.

I will be there Friday afternoon as well as Saturday. Many vendors are setup on Friday afternoon and some additional new ones show up on Saturday only.

Although the show is still on on Sunday ... Sunday is pretty well already gone or packing or all the good stuff is already gone so do not plan on coming on Sunday. Saturday of course is the "Big Day" the inside buildings are so mobbed it is difficult to get through them. So don't be in a hurry to get through the show.
