Good find! Those don't turn up every day, barn or not.
Are you planning on leaving it out in the sun to air out for a few weeks before bringing it indoors?
------------------
Dennis

No it doesnt stink The barn was crammed full of junk 50 years ago .
I took it apart today and was suprized how clean the chassis is
. It looks like it has 10 or more filter capacitors . I poweredit on and got sound but no hi voltage . I doubt i will restore it ..to much trouble.. just clean it up & resell .
------------------
An Emerson, hmmm. All those electrolytics? Sounds like it has their "power supply from hell". Lemme guess: a power transformer, four selenium rectifiers and a ballast all on a hot chassis. Boy are you gonna have fun with this one!!!! CRAIG
------------------
