I only test 7JP4's in a working set.

Yes testing in a working set seems to be the only real option.
I tried rejuvenating one, but it had no effect.

I know I could start a new thread, but since this TV is directly related, I thought I would post it here.

Is that a bad idea?

Anyhow, last May I was at an auction mostly to get a Grunow radio, and I ended up purchasing this Admiral TV because it went for practically nothing.
It turns out to be an Ebony model 19A12S

Surprisingly it cleaned up well and doesn't have a single crack! How on earth it survived, I don't know.
It looks as if it may have been submerged at one point in its life as it was covered in a brownish rusty looking film.

Not sure what will be found inside.

I need to fix one of these so I can at least check other 7JP4s

-Steve
