This is the way I do it.
Size the photo to 800 X 800 pixel or less. If you can control it, set the jpg compression so that the file is no more than 100 KB or so.
The process seems more complicated than it should be. Not much online to explain it.
Below the "Upload attachments" bar, click "Browse" button and navigate to the file on your computer and click on it.
Then you have to click the "Add the file" button. Your picture file upload then.
A new button appears that says "Insert file" or something like that, (I don't see it now).
Go back to the point in your message where you want to insert the photo and place the cursor there.
Click on that "Insert file" button.
There may be a waiting period if you just jointed the forum.

Some Regal models are covered by Sam's photofacts. Those contain the approximate date of the sets production, and all the technical info one would need to repair it.

To find Sam's you need the model and/or sometimes preferably the chassis number. Once you have those numbers you can search those numbers on sam's website. Some early models have poor coverage in their current database so if you don't find it ask those of us that have old paper sams indexes to look for it. Also if Sam's site has it, try not to buy it from them....They will charge you $22 for a low quality photocopy/scan, which is not worth it when you consider that good originals can be had for ~$7
