I was going to suggest the ETF's Schematic downloads but they don't have anything for the popular 9t24* series or the 8T24* series.

My guess would be that the Early Television Foundation would ask for a donation before it revealed any information.

No - it pretty much goes like this: You scan it, you send it to them, they post it for free, and everyone has unlimited access.
