Picked up this radio at GoodWill for $6. Didn't know if it worked or not, but grabbed it anyway. Got it home and found that the volume pot was staticky, and the function switch was grabbing sometimes. Otherwise, it's fully functional and appears in good shape. I cleaned it up, including the volume pot and function switch, and it's working excellently 100% now. I have some questions:

1. Does anyone know what year this model is? RadioMuseum.com seems to be iffy on 1974. The date code on the bottom says "4444".
2. Is it safe to assume this was quite a popular model during its time?
3. While I don't generally resell stuff I buy to work on (I tend to be a pack rat), I am always interested in their market value. I was researching on eBay, and it appears this particular model (4305F), which is a flip clock, seems to go for around $20, give and take. Later models (B,C,D), which are roll-down clocks, seem to be going for much more. What is the impetus for this? Personally, I rather like the roll-down models, and kind of wish mine was one.

Seems more like 1984.

This model and similar would have been built in droves. Not much collectibility or monetary value.

That was a popular alarm clock. Think I had the very same model or close to it.
Value? $5 - $7 dollars, top end.

I think you answered your own question regarding value based on desirability.
