I recently picked up a nice Sanyo Transworld multiband radio; Model 18H-815 and am in need of a User and Service Manual for this radio. There has been some "modification" done by a previous owner to the AC/Batt selection jacks inside and I'd like to put it back to original. If anyone has the manuals or Photofact that they would be willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it!! I have posted a picture of the radio for identification. I am told that Sanyo made a virtually identical radio for Sears under the Wayfarer name and the model number was 8227......maybe the schematic is the same???
Thanks much,
Bob

Hi Bob,

Looks like a really nice radio!
Radiomuseum seems to have the SM on it. Now you just have to find someone who is a member there or join them.
This next place sells it for $7.99:

Good luck, Peter

A Sams search shows the Wayfarer 8227 is in TSM-92.

Thanks Peter, I ordered the download for the manual from Manuals In PDF yesterday and it has been over 24 hours without any return e-mail or download instructions, just a confirmation from PAyPAl that they got paid. Have you or anyone else on the Forum used this site before? Are they legit? I'm begining to think I have been taken.
Thanks!
Bob

Its official.........MANUALS IN PDF is a scam!!! I spoke with PayPal today to start a claim to get my money back and they indicated that they have had a number of recent complaints like this,
Just a word to the wise......DON'T use MANUALS IN PDF.......you will be sorry!
