I picked this up today for $13 it is in very nice shape and is complete with its extension speaker.
It is in working order apart from an issue with the balance switch, and the usual crackles from the other switches.
There isnt much info on the internet about this radio but from the stamps on the unit and date marks on the caps its from 1968.
It seems to have good reception on both bands and even the dial and stereo indication bulbs work.
Inside was just a thick layer of dust, looks like its unmolested, it is very heavy with a very large power transformer.
Sorry about the crap picture its all i could find my digital camera isnt working.

Well i did some cleaning and the balance control, the shaft has come completely out of the switch, can this be repaired? or is it new control?
It has a phono input which is line level, i fed a cd player in to it and the sound quality is impressive, for now till i repair the balance control, i bridged the terminals so i can hear it in stereo.

Don't know about repairing the balance control.... hard to tell without pics.
Whats the part number according to the photofact? Might be able to find
a replacement online somewhere with the proper info.

I dont have the photofact, that was just what i used for a picture of the radio.
I dont think there is much hope for the balance control as the shaft has pulled totally out of it.
I think my course of action is to fit a replacement, i have a spare blance control off another radio, long as the shaft
is long enough i should be able to sort it out.

Can you post a photo of the control.... along with your radio.
Perhaps someone has that part in their junkbox.
