Looks like your unit has only 1 non-original knob (on the lower-left).

I've played the same game, upgrading knobs whenever I can find them. They're all a standard pattern, so matching isn't the problem. Finding ones with good surface finish is difficult.

Looks like the original RCA knob also has a crank. Attachment:

I have one spinner knob, but missing the spinner part; only a flat area and a tapped hole where it goes. Also that knob appears to have been painted a purplish gray and then black (rubbing with acetone eventually removes the paint layers). The paint is badly scratched but the underlying Bakelite looks tolerably good.
I have five of the medium knobs that may nor may not be shinier than what you have. They're certainly better than some others I have, all grainy and pitted, looks like fifty years of weather exposure but I expect it happened in a lot less than fifty years and they just used lousy Bakelite.
I have several of the small ones too. I haven't compared them directly to the knobs on my RBB but as far as I know, these only came in three sizes.

Alan, would you be interested in selling some of those knobs?
Thanks everyone for your comments......

Correct, they came with a spinner but they often broke in use and when I was involved with them in the 60's spares were not available at tender or pier/base spares level so it was off to the local ham store for the usual alternate as became SOP on the HQ-129X
My own RBB/RBC have one of each.
