Hi
Philco 40-150 power transformer needs two secondaries, 6.3 volts @ 3 amps and around 270-0-270 volts @ 90 ma. To figure current add up all tube and lamp filaments, just under 3 amps. For secondary current on high voltage I use 90 ma when a radio has push-pull output tubes (#41's). In this radio it could be a little lower since B+ voltage is fairly low.
