Hello ARF Buds. I have radio finished and plays fine. Not sure about push buttons. My schematics (2) electric and alignment say nothing concerning this. I may be missing some parts but not sure. Would appreciate any advise and more information. Thanks

The schematic for 7048 that I found on NostalgiaAir does not show any electrical components for pushbutton tuning. My guess is that your radio has mechanical pushbuttons? If so, those are based on cam action for each button. Sometimes the procedure is to warm up the set and start at the low end of the dial, accurately tune in the first station that you want. Loosen the setscrew on the first pushbutton and push it in: the station should stay tuned in. Then tighten the setscrew. There can be variations on this. Some pictures of your pushbutton assembly would help.
