Connecting a 10 foot piece of wire too the external antenna input i receive no stations. Loop antenna not connected.

Connecting a 60 foot long wire too chassis ground radio works or seems to work good.

The first coil where the external antenna is connected has me believing the winding is open.

This coil does not seam to be the coil for the broadcast band.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Loop antenna needs to be connected. No AVC return line without it and will pick up stations. Has three antenna coils shown on the schematic. Does show resistance values for primary and secondary.
