Mine's falling out,rubber gasket is completely gone so what is out there to replace it?

I have purchased small rubber tubing from the hardware store or auto parts store. Split it in half lengthwise to give you a long channelled strip. Wrap that between the glass and metal tabs in the escutcheon, make sure you get a bit of overlap on the ends, and super glue the ends together.
