My latest find, a General Electric C122 AA5. The marble cabinet was the selling point. I need to reconstruct the dial, as you can see it is badly distorted by heat and or age. I have found several good tips here and think my best option is to apply gentle heat to reform the old dial, scan it and construct a new one with phenolic or polycarbonate plastic and decal film. But there seems to be one unanswered question, does window decal or Testor's decal film stand up to heat? Would T-shirt decal film work?

And they have it, just one model number off, nearly identical.
Thanks,
