Hi
I'm trying to troubleshoot a Philco FT-9 radio from 36 Ford. I'm having trouble testing the 41, 75, 78, and 6A7 tubes. I have a BK Precision 747B tube tester, but the setup chart doesn't contain these tubes. Are the numbers superseded by others?

Thanks
Bill Greeley

That B&K model doesn't have the right sockets for your tubes. You need an older tube tester with the old style 4/5/6/7 pin sockets.
