 Post subject: my philco m-4 turntable needle broke help

I was just starting to enjoy my new philco when the needle broke it is shaped like a J and seems to be one of a kind with regards to the model here is a picture anyone know of where to get one I have put out emails to a few suppliers

Pickup head is Part no. 76-1622. Needle is. Part no. 35-2638. I see It on west-tech services web site. But I haven't heard back yet

That's a magnetic pickup. Providing the rubber hasn't petrified it should sound dynamite on a 78.

I watched your video. I have a Fisher 500C running with Bose Interaudio speakers connected to a high fidelity sound card in my computer. Your Philco sounds as good as it looks. Very nice, you might like the way You Belong to Me by Jo Stafford sounds on that console.
