Got this little guy to work on, I'd imagine it'll need usual stylus, caps, rubber parts... Anything else I oughta look out for? Pretty cool looking machine... Model Number? Any chance of finding a 45 adapter for it? I know one of you guys had a pic up last year of one of these playing a stack of 45's - but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to store the adapter, as on the RCA's.... Pretty good shape overall. Ideas of a stereo cartridge for it? Thanks for any help you all might have!

Cheers, KB

It's a model S-9012 chassis 3L01. The S22006 45-rpm spindle pops up from time to time on eBay. It's hard to find a good original Cobra cartridge for it but the amp has high gain so you can use a 1/2-volt stereo cartridge on it. You may have to rig the mount. It's a fun record player.

Thanks, Doug! Your pix are the ones that made me "need" one of these.... Very cool! And if anyone on the forum has an extra 45 adapter, lemme know.... Or a cartridge theory, prob need a replacement, because I'd want to play stereo records on it - the original cart might be okay, but it'd never track "modern" records, would it... It seems tiny - dunno what else would fit in there....

Hi Doug!

Have you a schematic for this? I don't want to take out the mulit-section filter cap, but I can't see which is which section of it while it's in there... Would be much appreciated! Thanks, KB
