Post subject: Anybody information on Carol Jarvis?

I have a complitation LP from the late 1950s on the Dot label, "Young Love Various Artists" Has songs from Tab Hunter, Sanford Clark, The Dell Vikings. Also it has a song called "Rebel" by Carol Jarvis, great song but i cannot find any information about her at all, Google just gives me info on a trombonist of the same name. Anybody heard her? id like to find more of her music she has/had a great voice.

According to Joel Whitburn in his "Top Pop Singles" book (12th edition), he says that she's the "daughter of Los Angeles DJ Al Jarvis (died in 1970)". Al Jarvis died in 1970, not Carol.
