Since spring is here, I have been swamped with work and have not had a day off in a while. I just had a full weekend so I took today off and decided to take a stroll through a seldom visited Antique Mall in Michigan I know of and luckily I picked up a couple nice RCA 45 things.
First was a couple nice early RCA colored 45s including what should be the first #1 RCA Little Nipper 45 released and #17 in the country series. I then spotted a little carrying case tucked in the corner of the upstairs. It was empty but looked about the size of a RCA 45 player. I took a peek inside and noticed what seemed to be the 3 feet marks in that familiar triangular pattern that RCA placed them on the 45 players. It was only $5 so I took a chance and when I got it home....BINGO I scored. It is a 7EY series optional carrying case, the best part is I have been searching for one of these. The pile of stuff cost me $7 and change, a good day off.
