I am working on a RCA skipper and I replaced the 3 gromets for the turntable bracket. I made sure I put a washer between the case and the bracket, put the insert in the gromet and put the screw with washer near the head in the hole and the turntable does not sit straight.

I found out what was wrong some one had the washer between the base of the unit and the gromet so I did not put that one in and now it fits okay.

Way to go! Definitely feels good when you can figure it out all by yourself....a little help now and then doesn't hurt either!
