Everyone,

This might get moved to the classifieds, but since I'm not selling it I thought I'd post it here first.

I would think there would be some interest in this record changer and radio, since you don't see these very often:

WOW... thanks for posting here... if I lived closer to northern Virginia, and had a few more bucks in the bank account, I'd MAKE space for that....

I sure hope it goes to someone who will restore it, and NOT gut it & convert it into a liqour cabinet, as the seller mentions as an option...

Here's a well-made video demo someone posted to youtube, showing how it plays both the top side and under-side of each record with the forked 2-head tone arm: Someone REALLY SHOULD RESCUE this to keep it from getting gutted or otherwise butchered / parted out: (Just to be clear... The pics and video below are NOT from the one being sold; I have no contact with the person selling this unit; the below pics & video are from another owner who restored one of these units and posted this video to youtube: ) If you buy this & run into any restoration problems, besides posting here on ARF, you can maybe contact the youtube user of the following video for ideas:

Sure hope the one for sale doesn't get gutted and/or parted...

Bob,

That is exactly why I posted this here! I'm also hoping someone who appreciates it will get to it before it is gutted and used for other purposes. I do live near Falls Church, but I don't have space in my house for such a large piece, nor the willingness or the patience to restore the changer.

Stan :D
