Looking for a manual or any information on this console. I can't find anything on this model in my searches. Found some info on a model 1255, couldn't tell from the photo if it had a radio as well. The console has a VM 1200 and an AM/FM radio in a mahogany console. Very surprised how Goop cleans all the gunk off the wood. There is a SPK switch on the back, depending on which setting I use the volume is off, low or loud. Thanks for your help.

1.Please post the vacuum tube line up for amp and
radio circuits. See #2 for why.

2. 1277 appears in Sams 572-SED.
It has power amp schematic and a radio schematic.
There is no parts list for some reason, but schematics
have most parts' values/voltage/watts listed.

3. Check around the cabinet inside and under it for
a schematic glued on somewhere. Very common for
manufacturers to do that.
3.a Also look on both chasses for stamped numbers.

4. Here's a neat Symphonic catalogue from 1959.
They had some real boss products !

I didn't find any schematics or layouts in the cabinet.

The cabinet has C.C.C. 3558, maybe March 5th 1958, written on the inside. It also has 68 written in white grease pencil.

The amp has tubes 6X4 6AN8 6CZ5 6CZ5 from left to right.

The radio has a few tubes with what looks like a brown rubber on them. The tubes without the brown rubber are 6BE6, 6AU6 6AU6 6AL5
It also has the number 16080 on the radio chassis. Out side of that no other markings on the Amp or Radio.

Thanks for the help!!

Michael,
It looks like Symphonic or Sams erred on documenting this one.

The power amp in the Sams uses 50C5 power tubes, not 6CZ5's.

That 6CZ5 is a fairly powerful tube. I expect you to get some
great sound when the console is restored.

None of the radio circuit tubes match up, even though
Sams diagram is "per" Symphonic's model 1277 schematic.

You may have to do direct remove/replace of components
on this one, using values from reference tables.
Maybe shoot some photos of the amp/radio chasses
for us ?

Here are a few pics of the amp and tuner. Looking at your catalog link it looks like the 1546 Model

Your phonograph is a mono amp, and the 1546
is stereo. 1546 also has a different rectifier.
But, it looks like you have plenty of room to
work with on both chasses.
