Does anyone know the value of these items. I just recently acquired them from my grandfathers home.

Marantz 4400 Quadraphonic receiver

Akai VT-110s & VC-115 with case and accessories

Brad- Do an Ebay search for recent sales.

Go to Ebay, and towards the top, next to "Search" is "Advanced". Click on that. Put in whatever you want to research, then look a little further down the page, and click "Completed Listings".

That may possibly give you a rough idea, if an item similar to yours has recently been auctioned.

I'd be interested in the quad reciever if the price is not to steep, and if the shipping is reasonable.

Edit: The lowest completed listing price on ebay is all the money I could spend (not accounting for shipping) so you should ignore what I said above. After googleing it all I can say is that, you've got your hands on a VERY cool piece of gear, and I'm envious.

Did you get any old recorded tapes with the VT100? You may be amazed what people recorded on
those tapes. Lifestyles of the affluent, 40 years ago :)
